Day 1 – Entebbe to Bwindi UNESCO Site via
Kisoro town
Your adventure begins with a domestic flight from Entebbe to Kisoro Airstrip (07:00 hrs – 08:15 hrs), a breathtaking journey over Uganda’s rolling hills and shimmering lakes.
Upon arrival, transfer to popular Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home of the mountain gorillas. En route, stop over at Lake Mutanda for a serene boat ride across its storied islands—each rich with history and culture. Lunch will be enjoyed along the way in Kisoro town or upon arrival check in.
As evening falls, immerse yourself in the traditions of the Batwa (pygmies). Through storytelling, music, and dance, they share the wisdom of forest life, offering rare insight into how they survive in harmony with nature.

Day 2 – Gorilla Trekking Experience
Rise early for the Mountain Gorilla Trekking Experience. Guided by expert trackers, venture deep into Bwindi’s
mist‑covered rainforest to encounter these gentle giants in their natural habitat. The trek offers unforgettable moments of connection with nature. You are only allowed 1 hour after the encounter of the gentle giants in their ecosystem.
Note that there is no safari in Africa that is complete minus visiting the mountain gorillas. Return to your lodge
for an evening at leisure, with optional activities such as guided forest walks
or cultural encounters.

Day 3 – Kisoro to Entebbe
After breakfast, transfer to Kisoro airstrip for your return flight to Entebbe (08:35 hours – 11:25 hours). Upon
arrival, you will visit Mabamba swamp for the prehistoric shoebill tracking, this is one of most sought about activity when you arrive or leaving Entebbe
Or enjoy a guided walk through the Entebbe Botanical Gardens, a tranquil haven of birdlife and exotic flora. later transfer to your hotel for relaxation or onward travel.
