All trekkers must report to the Visitor Information/Registration Centre in Kinigi by 07:00 AM on the day of the trek.

Rwandan Nationals -Must pay the full permit fee at the time of booking.

Foreign Residents (Rwanda & East Africa)-Must show proof of at least 4 consecutive months of residency via-Passport with residency/work permit and Diplomatic card
